Hi Reader,
You know that feeling when your website is... fine?
Not embarrassing or broken. Definitely not something you're hiding (but also not quite right).
Your logo still works, ok good... Your colors still look decent, nice, ok keep going... Your site technically does its job... And yet every time you go to send someone a link, there's this tiny pause before you hit share.
Because something about it feels like a previous chapter (which served you well and it did it's job back then, so no shame on that! 💜).
I see this a LOT with founders who have grown a lot over the last couple of years (all good things):
Their offers got sharper. Their client work got stronger. Their perspective got clearer. BUT (big but here) their brand and website are still speaking from where they were, not where they are.
And THAT gap creates more friction than most people realize.
A few signs this miiiiiight be happening to you:
- You're getting inquiries that feel a little mismatched for what you actually want to be doing now.
- You find yourself doing a lot of explaining on discovery calls because your site isn't making the full picture clear on its own.
- You hesitate to send people to certain pages because they still reflect an older offer, older positioning, or older version of your messaging.
- Your brand looks fine... but it doesn't feel as sharp, strategic, or YOU as the business you're actually running today.
📣 This doesn't always mean you need to tear everything down and start over. 📣
(do I need to say it louder? No? You got? K thanks.)
Sometimes you just need a smart tune-up.
Basically a chance to look honestly at how your brand is communicating right now! Whether your messaging still matches the sophistication of your offers. Or your site is guiding the right people toward the next step (or brutally talking them out of it without you even noticing). Or whether your visibility strategy is helping the right people find you in the first place.
When those pieces are actually aligned, your site starts doing more of the work for you. It becomes sooooo much easier to talk about what you do, easier for the right people to self-identify, and definitely easier to feel genuinely excited sending someone there.
If this email is hitting a little close to home (😅 sorry for the tough love my friend), I have two ways to help you on it depending on where you are:
Spellbinding Brand Blueprint — grab it for a special price of $17 (yes, not a typo) | This is the DIY version. If you want to sit down and look at your brand direction and messaging yourself, this walks you through it with a strategic, conversion-focused lens so you can identify exactly what's working, what's not, and what to fix first. (Regularly $97 - the 30 minutes start when YOU open the page, not when this hit your inbox. Miss the window and it'll redirect you to the regular price automatically.) |
Brand Strategy Experience — $2,000 | The done-for-you version. This is a focused engagement where I do the full deep work - audience research, voice of customer analysis, competitor review, messaging framework, and positioning strategy - and deliver it all in a comprehensive brand strategy document, a Loom walkthrough, and a closing call so you know exactly what it all means and where to go next. If you have a website, I'll audit that too and give you specific, prioritized recommendations for what to update. (Platform agnostic! Works whether you're on Showit, Squarespace, or anything else!). Book a discovery call here. |
And if you need a little nudge - the last time I delivered a brand strategy doc, my client Teresa called me a "freaking sorceress." (Her words, not mine 😂) That's the thing about finally seeing your brand on paper, positioned and clear and actually strategic, it really hits different than you expect it to. |

Both are built for the in-between moment: When your business has grown, but your brand hasn't fuuuully caught up yet. If that's where you are, either one is a really good place to start.
And if you want - hit reply and tell me which part feels the most outdated right now: your messaging, your visuals, or your visibility?
I'm always curious what people notice first!
P.S. If you're not sure which option fits, the Blueprint is the fastest way to see the gaps yourself. Once you know what you're working with, it's a lot easier to decide what kind of support makes sense next!
Cheers to a brand that actually matches the work you do 💜
