Hi Reader,
There's a client story I keep coming back to. Every. Single. Time.
TIQUE.
They run an education, resource, and community platform for travel advisors who want to build profitable businesses without burning out. Courses, templates, a high-touch membership - the whole certified ecosystem.
On paper? Everything was working.
But their digital home hadn't kept up with the business they'd actually built.
They had offers that weren't getting the spotlight they deserved, a membership that was growing but hard to position clearly, a shop and a service page and a blog all sort of... orbiting each other without a gravitational center.
Nothing was broken-broken. But the experience was little by little bleeding trust.
Reader, have you been working on your business for years - actually building something - only for your website to make it look like you're still figuring it out? Or maybe it looks fine but doesn't convert the way the work deserves? Or visitors show up, poke around, and leave without ever really understanding what you do or where they fit or why they should care enough to stay? Or you've patched the homepage copy here, updated the shop navigation there, maybe hired someone for a logo refresh once, and now the whole thing feels like a quilt your aunt made out of old t-shirts?
That's patchwork. And patchwork is expensive! 🥲
(That's where TIQUE was when they came to me.)
They didn't book "just a website refresh." They booked my All-Inclusive experience - the full treatment where we handle brand strategy, identity, website, shop, copy, and customer journey as one project. One brain. One vision. Start to finish.
So, what's the story?
Strategy first.
We mapped their entire customer journey (my whole Pre / During / Post method), identified the friction points, and got clear on what every page and touchpoint actually needed to do.
Brand foundation repositioned.
A unified identity (with sub-branding for each of their courses!) and messaging that finally matched the sophistication of their work. Not a visual facelift - a structural upgrade.
Website redesigned as a single customer journey.
Clear pathways between free content, templates, and membership, so different types of advisors could see exactly where they fit and what to do next.
Shop optimized for revenue.
Layouts, navigation, and flows designed with high-traffic events in mind. Because "crossing fingers during Black Friday" is not a strategy.
Now. The numbers. (I get genuinely, embarrassingly excited about this.😂)
After the overhaul: 52% increase in Black Friday sales compared to the previous year. 6x ROI from that single sale event. And their operations manager barely had to touch anything.
That last stat lives rent-free in my head, honestly. (And talk about launching on Black Friday... the ultimate stress-test for the new site!!)
Because a launch that runs itself in the background? That's what we were engineering the whole time (not just a pretty website... but that too). A digital home that does the work when you're not watching.
When I think about this project, the conversion lift is great. But what gets me is the relief. The relief of having a digital presence that matches the depth and sophistication of the business. That guides people clearly from discovery to decision to purchase. That feels calm and sustainable to run - not a thing you're always fighting against.
Good news, all this is buildable! On purpose. 💜
When you stop patchworking and treat your entire online ecosystem - strategy, brand, website, shop, copy - as one connected experience. That's exactly what my All-Inclusive experience is built for.
If you're reading this and seeing your own business in TIQUE's before... here's your nudge:
You don't have to keep trying to fix this in pieces.
That page covers who it's for, what we tackle together, and a discovery call link to reach out if you want to talk about whether it's the right fit for this season (you can do that here too).
And if a full overhaul isn't the right move just yet - stay tuned. There's an upcoming email about a brand and messaging tune-up option. (Think lighter lift, still strategic).
Either way, I'm rooting for your digital home to finally match the depth of what you're building. 💜
Cheers,
